Arrghhhhhhh!!!!!!
Don't worry, J. There is a special place in hell for them.

Jamie - once again... BRAVO!!
you get a standing ovation from me!
You have made some very good points… Let’s hope that the “copiers” take this to heart and MAYBE, just, maybe we’ll see a decrease of repetitive designs out there! Spring is coming… can we just ask that no one introduces birds and eggs again…please…..ENOUGH already!

Kudos to you. There are a few peeps i would love to copy this in an email to, but they would probably think it didn't apply to them anyway. Enough with the birds and enough with the pink/brown/blue combo. Pleeeaze!

I just found you and I'm laughing HYS-terically!!! Oh so true! I've been running into this myself lately - locals to top it off!!! I hope you don't mind, but I'm linking to this in a post - because I'm toooo about to call some folks out!!

I need to do a post about why not to lift someone's logo - oh yeah, happened to me and my copyrighted logo!!!! Enough differences - but so obvious . . . and the fact that it was a friend's friend that I'm quite sure {ok, positive} sees my work!

After reading this post, I will so be back!!

thanks for the laugh!! - Kim

OKay, I am an artist , too, who constantly deals with this problem. I live in a small town and run into these copy cats all of the time. They are so nice and complimentary to my face and then turn around and do that. It is infuriating. I loved your smart and funny post. You are right on point! Thanks so much!
